Unique winter sports events are part of the more than 100-year history of Saalbach. We are proud of this great history and the impressive development that has made Saalbach one of the largest and most innovative tourist destinations in the Alps.

After the successful 1991 World Ski Championships, the most important international alpine skiing industry is expected to return to Saalbach, 34 years later in 2025.
